Cancelation Policy
24-hour notice for cancellation after which you will be charged a $20 fee in addition to their next appointment.
Extra Fees
After a groom has been completed and you have received the call that your dog is ready for pickup, you will have 45 minutes before you are charged a $25 boarding fee. If you live further away please let the groomer know so they can give you a heads up.
